Where Is Cobblecreek Farms Located?
Cobblecreek Farms is located on the north end of Lake of the Woods Road in Mahomet. The neighborhood sits just west of Deer Hollow and is only minutes from one of the area’s most popular outdoor destinations:
Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve.
This location gives residents convenient access to walking trails, nature areas, and recreational activities throughout the Mahomet community.
Homes in Cobblecreek Farms
Many homes in the neighborhood feature large lots, particularly on the north side of Cobble Creek Drive where properties include wooded areas that add privacy and natural scenery.
