Oak Creek is located east of Mahomet along U.S. Route 150.
The neighborhood can be accessed by heading south on Oak Creek Road from Route 150, and it connects with the nearby Conway Farms subdivision via Cross Creek Road.
Oak Creek includes approximately 50 homes, making it a smaller neighborhood within the Mahomet community.
Most of the homes were built between the early 1990s and the mid-2000s, giving the neighborhood an established feel with mature landscaping.
